岗位职责:
1. 及时获取客户订单,保证份额,达成销售目标;与顾客恰谈降价,按照时间节点签订价格协议;
2. 协助实施客户满意度调查;及时处理客户投诉;维护客户关系、接待来访客户;按照节点召开ml0;处理顾客提出的设计变更,跟踪管理变更实施进度;
3. 及时开具增值税发票,协助实施超期库存管理及时处理erp问题;
4. 催收货款和应收账款,协助发票开具与提供,协助分析回款信息;按照实行计划控制费用的使用,按照财务要求及时报销;
5. 协助产品趋势、竞争者、占有率、客户等市场趋势的研究分析,协助选择市场开发目标。
任职要求:
1. 大学本科及以上学历;
2. 3-5年销售经验优先;
3. 具备基本英语读写能力者优先;
4. 熟练操作microsoft办公软件;
5. 会使用erp系统优先。

a. acquire the customer’s order to achieve the sales target. deal with the price reduce and sign the price agreement.
b. assist the customer satisfaction survey. deal with the customer complain, maintain the customer relationship and receive the visitors. hold the ml0 meeting. deal with the design alteration and follow the process.
c. deal with the value-added tax invoice, over-time inventory and erp cases.
d. collect the payment and assist to providing invoice and analyzing the received payment information. control the cost and apply for reimbursement.
e. assist to analyze the production trend, competition, market share and customer. assist to the target market development.
job requirement:
a. bachelor degree or above.
b. 3-5 sales experiences is preferred.
c. basic english reading and writing ability.
