summary:
this position is concerned with overall image over front office and food beverage operation and personnel with the hotel and a liaison role with all other departmental managers.
responsibilities:

to help assistant manager block the room for vip guests

to prepare the registration card and key card for vip guests

to personally check all vip rooms and ensure top quality service is provided

to welcome all guests and vip guests as many as and ensue that special attention is paid to families, handicapped etc.

to ensure a sale attitude is adopted in the team at all times and maintains an awareness of all sales opportunity within the hotel. to ensure our customer receive a fast, efficient, friendly service

to make daily guest room and public area inspections so as to be thoroughly knowledge able of the areas.

should be well-versed in local city history, places of interest, shopping areas, theaters etc. and provide customers with alert service.

to ensure all customers queries or requests are handled in polite, friendly, efficient manners.

to monitor customer feedback and advise management where necessary

to use the appropriate nonverbal communication (eye contact, gestures, posture) when communicating with others.

to observe and evaluate staff on a regular basis and assist them in any way possible.

to coordinate with other department to ensure all gusts septic requirements are met during their stay.

to ensure that a consistent and high level of staff orientation and training is provided
other considerations:

fluent english in verbal and written

above 165cm

22 year old or above

good in people communication

take initiative and attention to detail

2 years hotel management experience

familiar with all hotel procedures especially front office procedure
