Job Description: A. Handle the complete order-processing. B. Coordinate order pricing issue with customer, sales and pricing team; maintain special price in system. C. Coordinate with planner and SZ plant to ensure that the delivery date meets promise & request. D. Prepare DN in system. E. Coordinate blocked DN with finance team F. Coordinate shipment with warehouse. G. Coordinate AR with customer and finance team. H. Coordinate customer complaints with warehouse. I. Maintain high level of customer response performance, including response lead time, first call responsibility, etc. J. Keep good relationship with customers and improve customer satisfaction. K. Provide essential support to sales team. L. Reply customer queries. M. Prepare reports (eg. turnover report, incoming order report, backlog order report.etc.) N. Other duties assigned as required Job Requirements: A. Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Trading, or equivalent B. At least 3 years related working experience C. Good command of computer skills; master Excel & PowerPoint D. Be familiar with MRP system, experience in using SAP will be preferred E. Data analysis ability F. Good English skill G. Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills H. Good leadership, good team player and proven management expertise I. Proactive, positive, driven with a ‘can-do’ attitude
